SHIPPING POLICY
Currently we offer Shipping to cover 4 different weight ranges in both Express and Parcel Post.
(0-1kg, 1kg-2kg, 2kg-3kg, 3kg+)
Our turnaround for packing orders is 1-3 Business days however we aim to have it out the very next day. All parcels will be packed to ensure minimal damage during transit however we cannot guarantee perfection. Please reach out if you have significant damages and we will do what we can to fix it.

If you do not receive your parcel within 10 business days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation please reach out and we will work with Australia Post to get a resolution for you.
PICK UPS AND
LOCAL DELIVERY
We have a 1-2 day turnaround for Pick Ups. Pick Up Address will be provided via text confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
It is really important to us that the instructions provided be followed as this is not only our place of business but also our home.
Pick Up is strictly Monday - Friday (currently 2pm-6pm)

If you cannot make it within these times, we will happily do our best to work something out - just reply to your text confirmation.

Local Deliveries have been quiet the last 12 months, so we have decided to drop them from the list of options. If you were one of the few who used this service - message us before you order and we can sort it for you!

Being a food based business we are unable to accept returns.
All choices made are final and refunds are NOT available for change of mind.

SWEETS ON TAP collects your personal information for the purposes of shipping and contact for Pick Up only. We do not nor do we ever intend to use this information for any other purpose or to share that information with any third parties.
We do send the occasional email out to the email address provided, if you wish to unsubscribe you may do so.

For the purposes of Payment Safety - Square and Afterpay do not provide us with any of your personal banking details. For the purposes of refunds the provider enables us to do a return transaction which means no personal details are required enabling a safe transaction for all.
